This Story is not about specific recipes. Instead it is about the preservation of what is special.

When I asked my Mom to write her recipes down so I could replicate them in the years to come, I didn’t realize how special those little scraps of paper would be until colon cancer took her within a few months of her diagnosis. Suddenly it was not just the recipes but the recipes in Mom’s handwriting that became important for me to preserve. That is how the first Snipit…Save it…Serve it^® Recipe Clippings Organizer came to be.

I enjoy adding new favorite clippings of my own and watching as the organizer develops lovingly into a FAMILY HEIRLOOM for my daughter, Brittany. I made organizers years ago for my step-daughter, Wrenn and daughter-in-law, Joy, and now that Brittany is learning to cook, she recently asked me to make her a Snipit…Save it…Serve it^®. It thrills me to see the younger generation continuing this family tradition which developed from the loss of my Mom. These organizers will help share memories throughout our blended family that may otherwise have been lost. Feedback from all my daughters as well as faith and loyalty from my wonderful husband, Tim, has encouraged me to offer this new, exciting, time and memory saving kitchen tool to everyone.
