General Ordering Information: All prices shown in $USD. Shipping charges apply per each book ordered. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified. South Carolina residents must add 7% sales tax excluding shipping charges to all orders.

Method of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Credit card orders online are secure. We do not accept orders with COD terms.

Shipping (USA): We ship via USPS or FedEX Ground.

Ordering: You may place your order online via our shopping cart or print the provided Order Form and fax it to 803-781-6338.

Your Privacy Protection: Tomato Palms takes every precaution available to ensure that your customer information is kept secure and confidential. We use secure connections to receive and transmit your vital information including credit card numbers. All information collected is used solely for fulfilling your product requests. It will never be sold to a third party. During registration at Tomato Palms, we ask for your name and email address so we may contact you about new products you may be interested in. Registration information is collected for Tomato Palms use only and will not be sold to or shared with third parties at any time.

Guarantee: We do our best to produce quality products, however, if you receive a defective product please notify us immediately. We will replace it or refund your money within 30 days of the invoice date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the invoice date. Before sending a return, please contact us for a return authorization code. Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.
