Tomato Palms has been the loving creation of my mother over the past year. I've watched her excitement as she's developed the product and seen the frustrations that come with embarking on a new venture, but as the Snipit…Save it…Serve it^® enters production, I can see what a meaningful product it really is. My mother's creation is valuable to every generation. For me, as I look forward to entering the work force within a year, I find myself experimenting in the kitchen. I know what I want to create because I have watched my mother cooking since birth, but as a 21 year old student I have very little knowledge of how to actually go about creating a recipe. I've always hoped to learn to cook my mom and grandmother's recipes, and when my mom told me she was going to sell the Snipit…Save it…Serve it^®, I quickly requested one for myself. I've been clipping recipes since then and can't wait to spend time in the kitchen cooking the meals that remind me of home.
